Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Multigrain Dalia (Five Grains blend)

- 2 cups water

- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 small carrot, grated

- 1 small potato, diced

- Salt, to taste

- Optional: spices (e.g., cumin, coriander, turmeric), herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro), or vegetables (e.g., peas, cauliflower) for added flavor

Instructions:

1. Rinse the Dalia and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion, grated carrot, and diced potato. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

3. Add the soaked Dalia to the pan and stir well.

4. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the Dalia is cooked and fluffy.

6. Season with salt and optional spices, herbs, or vegetables.
